Vance concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. He is experienced in preparing simple and complex wills, various types of trust agreements, family limited partnerships, and charitable planning. He prepares estate plans for a variety of individuals and families with an emphasis on representing family business owners, executives, and professionals. His representation of family business owners and executives includes business succession planning and advising these clients on entity selection and formation, buy-sell agreements, and the structure of asset sales, stock sales, mergers, and other transactions.
