Tim Co-Chairs the Firm's Business Group and also practices in the Asset Planning & Federal Taxation and International Law Groups.

Tim focuses his practice on federal taxation, corporate law and estate planning. He acts as outside corporate counsel to several companies. Since Tim is also a CPA he advises his clients on tax planning and other transitional issues including mergers, acquisitions, tax-free/deferred exchanges, financing, entity formation, and liquidations.

Tim resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with his wife and five children.
