Steve is Chair of the McNees Real Estate Law Group.

He served as the Firm's managing attorney from October 2002 to October 2006. Steve's practice includes (1) counseling developers and other property owners with respect to zoning and land use matters; (2) representation of individual and business clients in obtaining zoning, subdivision and land development approvals; (3) representation of developers and lenders in sophisticated real estate transactions; and (4) handling a wide variety of residential and commercial leasing matters.

Steve resides in Newville, Pennsylvania.
