His practice involves primarily (i) general business and Federal taxation matters including formation, financing and general representation of business and professional corporations, general and limited partnerships, and limited liability companies; (ii) estate and financial planning for individuals; (iii) estate administration; and (iv) corporate and partnership succession planning, including structuring and funding.
