Rick L. Etter

Rick Etter is an Associate in the Labor and Employment and Food Industry Groups. 

Rick regularly represents and counsels union and non-union employers in all aspects of employment law, including compliance with federal and state employment laws; discrimination and harassment issues; FMLA and other leave of absence issues; employment-related immigration issues; employment contracts and separation agreements; union avoidance; collective bargaining; and labor arbitration. A substantial portion of his practice involves counseling employers on ways to avoid litigation in connection with difficult human resource decisions. 

Rick also regularly assists employers with equal opportunity and affirmative action compliance. As part of this practice, he counsels employers on all aspects of their affirmative action obligations, advises and assists in preparing affirmative action plans, analyzes compensation practices, and guides employers through audits and compliance reviews by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). 

Rick resides in New Cumberland with his wife, Lora, and his Great Dane, Meeko.
