Deb is co-chair of the Appellate & Post Trial Practice and is part of the Litigation Practice Group. She began practice in Gettysburg, and after several years in general practice, joined the firm's Litigation Group in 1995.

Deb practices in the area of civil litigation, with a primary focus on commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. She has represented an extensive clientele in appeals in all Pennsylvania appellate courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also has wide experience in post-trial matters at the trial court level. Deb's commercial litigation experience includes preparation of cases in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts. Her practice encompasses a broad range of matters including director and shareholder relationships, commercial instruments, secured transactions, collection issues, and contract disputes. 

She has represented clients in a broad range of tort and contract actions, including shareholder and partnership disputes, professional malpractice defense, and defense of lender liability claims. Deb's practice also includes representation of creditors in bankruptcy litigation. She has represented Adams County for several years in the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates.

Deb and her husband reside near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
