Other Areas of Practice
David is Chair of the Asset Planning and Federal Taxation Practice Group.
He primarily focuses on federal income tax law, including corporate, individual and partnership; estate planning; and in the areas of Pennsylvania charitable, nonprofit and cooperative organization law. David counsels all types of charitable and nonprofit organizations and trade associations with respect to such tax-related issues as maintenance of tax-exempt status, unrelated business income and structuring to avoid tax problems.
In addition, he has experience in the start-up and maintenance of private and community foundations and is knowledgeable in the areas of trust, probate and endowment law. David counsels individuals and closely-held businesses with respect to tax planning, wills, trusts, buy-sell agreements and partnership agreements. He also assists executors and administrators in the estate administration process.
David resides in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
