Andrew is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Group.

He regularly counsels employers with respect to the full range of labor and employment compliance issues. Andrew represents employers in employment litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative agency proceedings, including employment discrimination and harassment litigation, wage and hour litigation, wrongful discharge and many other employment-related claims.

He represents management in collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and in NLRB proceedings.

Andrew also represents employers in OSHA proceedings.
