Steve provides advice and counsel to clients regarding all aspects of employee benefits programs, including the design, implementation and operation of taxqualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans and executive compensation programs (including employment and termination agreements, deferred compensation arrangements, supplemental executive retirement plans and equity-based compensation programs). He regularly advises clients regarding fiduciary and risk management issues, the employee benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and assists clients in developing newly integrated employee benefits programs. Steve also serves as counsel to a number of Taft-Hartley multiemployer pension and welfare benefit funds.
