Michael is Chair of the Insurance Litigation and Counseling Practice Group. He has represented small to large companies in all manner of commercial disputes, from anti-trust to contract disputes, and cases involving insurance coverage and bad faith. Michael concentrates his practice on cases involving insurance coverage and insurance “bad faith” claims. He regularly handles insurance cases in State and Federal Courts. Michael handles disputes involving the applicability of Commercial General Liability (CGL) policies, directors and officers’ liability, professional malpractice coverage, homeowners’ coverage, automobile coverage, and life, health, and disability coverages. He is a frequent speaker on insurance liability issues to Bar Associations and professional organizations.
