Brian is co-chair of the Labor and Employment Group and a member of the firm's Management Committee.

He represents management and employers exclusively, and provides representation and counseling to employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Brian serves as lead trial counsel in employment litigation on behalf of clients of the firm. He frequently appears on behalf of employers in state and federal court, before governmental agencies (including the National Labor Relations Board, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and in labor arbitration proceedings.

Brian also serves numerous unionized clients as lead negotiation in collective bargaining negotiations and provides counseling to non-union employers regarding their rights under the national Labor Relations Act.
