Joe practices in the Labor and Employment practice group, and has exclusively represented both private and public employers in labor and employment matters since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993. He regularly defends employers in discrimination cases, and other employment-related litigation, in federal and state court as well as in connection with administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state employment practice agencies. He also counsels and provides day-to-day advice to employers on employment-related issues. Joe’s extensive experience with wage and hour compliance matters includes assisting employers with drafting legally compliant wage and hour policies, facilitating employer self-audits, and defending employers in connection with wage and hour/overtime litigation and investigations by state/ federal agencies.
