Jodi is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Injunction groups. She provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour regulations, family and medical leave, employment policies and procedures, non-compete agreements, and separation agreements. Jodi regularly reviews employee handbooks, conducts employee training sessions, and assists in the Group's performance of employment practices audits for its clients.

During law school, Jodi was an active member of the Virginia Law and Business Review and the Family Alternative Dispute Resolution clinic. She also had a judicial internship with the Honorable Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
