Eric is co-chair of the Labor and Employment Group.
He provides representation and counseling on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including employee benefits, labor negotiations and contract administration, FMLA and ADA compliance, wage and hour compliance, OSHA compliance, sexual harassment prevention, discrimination issues, employment contracts, and employment policy development and enforcement. Eric represents private and public sector employers before state and federal courts, arbitrators and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, National Labor Relations Board, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance and Wage and Hour Division.
