Tony D. Dick

Anthony practices in the Labor and Employment, Appellate & Post Trial and Alcoholic Beverage and Liquor License practice groups in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office. Anthony’s business background aids in his assistance of clients in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes. He regularly counsels clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including compliance with federal and state discrimination laws, wage and hour issues, workplace harassment issues, protecting trade secrets and drafting and enforcing non-compete and non-disclosure agreements. He has substantial experience drafting appellate briefs and post trial motions for clients in many of Ohio’s appellate districts and also before the Ohio Supreme Court. He also advises clients on personnel matters, including preparation and revision of employment policies, employee handbooks and employment agreements.

In addition, Anthony advises businesses regarding Ohio liquor laws as well as liquor permit procedures. He also represents clients in the manufactured housing industry on all matters arising under Ohio’s manufactured housing laws.
