Kelley is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Law, Employee Benefits and Automotive Dealership Law practice groups.
Kelley provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law topics, including issues relating to compliance with federal and state employment discrimination laws, wage and hour regulations, family and medical leave, employee relations and employee benefits. Kelley represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. She also conducts training for clients and participates in several speaking engagements each year. Kelley regularly contributes to the McNees Labor and Employment Law Blog.
