James is an attorney in the Litigation and Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics groups.

In his litigation practice, James represents individual, commercial, and business clients in a wide array of disputes, including contract challenges and tort liability. His transportation practice involves defending commercial vehicle companies in accident litigation and motor vehicle violations in state and federal courts. While a student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he was a senior editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a member of the Moot Court Board. His practice spans the Central Pennsylvania Region.
