Mike works extensively with food industry clients on marketing and advertising matters. He regularly advises food industry clients regarding product branding and packaging issues, including trade dress, trademark and copyright matters. Mike works closely with one of the largest grocery store chains in the Northeast and one of the largest food service companies in the nation. He has significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating distribution, supply, private label, licensing and franchise transactions and agreements. Mike chairs the MWN Intellectual Property Group.
