Brian practices in the Intellectual Property and Alcoholic Beverage and Liquor License practice groups.
He focuses his practice on trademark and copyright protection, advertising compliance, and intellectual property contracts, including the preparation and review of license, technology and entertainment agreements. Brian counsels clients with respect to their internet presence including website development and hosting agreements as well as website terms of use, privacy policies, domain name acquisition and disputes, and social networking issues.
Brian also handles product labeling, advertising, and regulatory compliance for clients in the human food and pet food industry.
Prior to attending law school, Brian worked for eight years as a private civil engineer in the real estate development group at a Harrisburg based engineering firm.
