Brian practices in the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

He focuses his practice primarily on trademark clearance and protection, copyrights, trade secrets, advertising, intellectual property contracts, and other commercial intellectual property transactions. Brian counsels clients with respect to their internet presence including website development and hosting agreements as well as website terms of use, privacy policies, domain name acquisition and disputes, and social networking issues.

Brian also handles product labeling, advertising, and regulatory compliance for clients in the human food and pet food industry.

Prior to attending law school, Brian worked for eight years as a private civil engineer in the real estate development group at a Harrisburg based engineering firm.
