Randy is Of Counsel in the firm's State and Local Tax Group.

He focuses his practice on state tax controversy matters, and represents clients in income/franchise and sales and use tax litigation matters before administrative tribunals and courts in various jurisdictions. In addition, Randy has successfully represented developers and utility providers in property tax assessment appeals. His clients have included manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, public utilities, computer service companies and financial service entities.

Randy is a frequent speaker and author on state and local tax issues.
