Bruce Wolstoncroft is co-chair of the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice group and also leads the Patent division of the firm.

Bruce's experience in Intellectual Property and Patent Law includes patent preparation and prosecution; validity and infringement opinions; negotiating and drafting license agreements related to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets; formulation and implementation of intellectual property strategies for global business ventures; determination of litigation strategies and monitoring of on-going litigation; and drafting and implementation of intellectual property agreements, confidentiality agreements and other agreements relating to technology transfer. Bruce has been recognized as a Certified Licensing Professional by the Licensing Executive Society.

Prior to joining McNees Wallace & Nurick, Bruce worked for six years as General Intellectual Property Counsel with Armstrong World Industries. He also spent 13 years with AMP Incorporated as a patent attorney, licensing counsel and Director of Patents.

Bruce practices out of the firm's Lancaster, PA office and resides in Lititz with his wife, Helen and son.
