Vance E. Antonacci

Vance concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, tax and business planning, and tax-exempt finance.

Vance’s estate planning practice focuses on advising business owners, executives, and professionals. He is experienced in implementing planning strategies tailored to each client’s goals, including various types of trust agreements, family limited partnerships, and establishing charitable organizations. Vance advises business owners and executives regarding entity selection and formation, the preparation of buy-sell agreements, and structuring asset sales, stock sales, mergers, and other transactions.

As part of Vance's tax practice, he assists the firm’s clients in establishing tax-exempt financing structures. He provides advice regarding various issues arising under sections 103 and 141-150 of the Internal Revenue Code, including issues that arise with respect to 501(c)(3) financings, private use and private activity questions, industrial development bonds, arbitrage, and post-issue compliance.
