Bruce practices in the Labor and Employment, Food Industry and Automotive Dealership Law Groups. Before joining the Firm, he had served as Supervisory Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Bruce represents employers and management exclusively, providing representation and counseling in all areas of labor and employment law. He routinely appears before various courts and governmental agencies such as NLRB, U.S. Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), and routinely handles matters such as union avoidance campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration proceedings, wage and hour issues, and employment/ discrimination defense.
