Jennifer practices in the Labor and Employment Group and chairs the Firm's Summer Associate Committee.

Jennifer represents public and private sector employers exclusively, providing advice and counseling to management on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment.

Jennifer frequently conducts training for clients on such topics as discriminatory harassment, union avoidance, employee discipline and hiring & firing techniques. She also participates in several speaking engagements each year, having presented continuing legal education sessions through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (2010 Basics of Employment Law: FMLA and ADA sessions) and the Dauphin County Bar Association.

Jennifer serves as lead counsel in federal employment litigation matters, as well as state administrative proceedings. She represents management in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations. She frequently represents clients in federal and state court and before governmental agencies, such as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board.

Jennifer joined the firm in 2003, after serving as Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, where she advised the Board in matters pending before it and before Pennsylvania's appellate courts.

Jennifer resides with her husband and children in Hampden Township.
