Adam practices in the Labor and Employment and Education Law Practice Groups.
Adam represents employers in single plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters and before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. He also provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, family and medical leave, labor relations, and non-competition agreements.
He resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
