Education Law
McNees addresses the needs of and issues regarding the Commonwealth's schools, school districts, intermediate units, colleges and universities. Our attorneys provide general counseling to the boards of client institutions, including advice on all aspects of finance, governance structure, policy, and operations. We also assist institutions in the design and implementation of student and employee policies and procedures, and help clients comply with laws affecting student and faculty rights and obligations. We regularly represent education institutions in litigation and other adversarial matters before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts.
