Day-to-day employment issues - such as hiring and firing, contract interpretation and personnel policy development - are just a few of the topics on which McNees's labor and employment practice focuses. Other topics include, but are not limited to, employer representation during collective bargaining negotiations, wrongful discharge, regulatory compliance, and governmental filings.
