Lancaster, PA – Scott Alan Mitchell, an attorney with McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center. He practices in the firm's Asset Planning and Federal Taxation group.
A graduate of Millersville University and the Regent University School of Law, Mitchell is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. He is also on the Lancaster County Estate Planning Council and a member of both the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
Mitchell concentrates primarily in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, with a particular emphasis on elder law, long-term care planning, and special needs planning and administration for children, adults, and trustees, and related areas of business, real estate, guardianships, and Orphans’ Court practice.
Mitchell is committed to the mission of Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center which is to provide family-centered education and therapy programs for infants, children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental delays and acquired injuries.
