Lancaster, PA – McNees Wallace and Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Elaine Stanko and Ronald Kalyan, Jr. to the firm's expanding Lancaster office. Both attorneys are joining McNees from the Chester County office of Fox Rothschild, LLP. Ms. Stanko complements the firm's financial services practice with her extensive commercial lending and business experience while Mr. Kalyan brings his comprehensive transactional and land use real estate services to the McNees Lancaster office. McNees recently acquired space on the third floor of their current office building in Manheim Township and plans to renovate the space to accommodate the growing office.
Elaine Stanko – Elaine has gained her legal experience with the local and regional law firms of Rhoda, Stoudt & Bradley, Roland & Schlegal, P.C. and Fox Rothschild, where she developed many relationships with local lenders and created her niche in the areas of financial services and general business counseling. Elaine is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law where she was awarded her Juris Doctorate in 1985. She is also a graduate of Shippensburg University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in German. Elaine serves on the Board of Trustees at The Janus School in Mount Joy, the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Eastern Pennsylvania and as an Allocation Volunteer for the United Way of Berks County.
Ronald Kalyan, Jr. – Ron previously practiced with the regional law firms of Stevens & Lee, P.C. and Fox Rothschild, where he developed his well-rounded real estate practice. Ron is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1995. He is also a graduate of Columbia University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies. Prior to attending law school, Ron gained valuable real estate practice working as a land use planner and zoning officer in Union County, PA. Ron serves on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks County and is also professionally affiliated with the Berks County, Chester/Delaware County Home Builders Associations, and the Berks County Real Estate Investors Association.
