The firm's Lancaster office was awarded the United Way Circle of Honor for increased participation and per capita giving. McNees was the only firm of its size to receive this award.
At the Annual Dinner for the United Way of the Capital Region on May 17, 2012, McNees received the 2011 Pillar Society Award for the third consecutive year recognizing the firm's campaign once again exceeding $100,000.
McNees was also one of only four medium sized companies (100 – 499 employees) recognized for the 2011 Campaign Excellence Award. This award was also given for increased participation and per capita giving.
