Kandice Giurintano Named Co-Chair of the PBA Legal Services to the Public Committee

Harrisburg, PA – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC congratulates Kandice Giurintano, who has been appointed co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Legal Services to the Public Committee. Her term as co-chair will run from May 2012-May 2013. The Committee provides assistance in the creation of programs designed to provide for the delivery of legal services to indigent persons within the Commonwealth.

Giurintano is co-chair of the Appellate & Post Trial practice group and is part of the Litigation and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics practice groups at McNees, and is a member of the Dauphin County, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She has been recognized by the publishers of Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Rising Stars. Giurintano is the immediate-past chair of the PBA's Appellate Advocacy Committee. In the same year she was also named by the Dauphin County Bar Association as Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.

Giurintano received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
