A prominent Labor & Employment law attorney, he will practice from the firm's Lancaster office and will serve as co-chair of the McNees Labor and Employment Law Group.
Upon graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Athey began his law career at McNees where he practiced for six years. Most recently he served as managing partner and as chair of the Labor and Employment Law practice group of Lancaster-based Kegel Kelin Almy & Grimm LLP. He rejoins the firm today noting that, "McNees has established a significant presence in the Lancaster market.
