In the not too distant past, diversity in Central Pennsylvania may have meant nothing more than employing someone who  was not born and raised here. But the concept of a diverse workplace has changed dramatically and continues to evolve. Join us for a panel discussion at Elizabethtown College on broadened diversity in the workplace, and learn how we can benefit from and thrive in a truly diverse environment. We are happy to announce that Olympic gold medalist Diann Roffe will join Vikki Grodner, our Director of Business Development and Marketing, in presenting "Marketing Yourself" on November 20 at the Cork Factory in Lancaster. Diann and Vikki jointly presented this well-received program in Harrisburg last month. We are pleased that Diann can be with us in Lancaster to share her ideas on effectively marketing yourself professionally.
Currently the director of business development for the Mechanicsburg-based IT firm Digital Planet, Diann has insights from her various life experiences on the "dos and don'ts" of putting your best professional foot forward.
