Harrisburg, PA – Kandice Kerwin Hull, a member of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, has been selected as a YWCA Tribute to Women of Excellence 2013 award recipient. Hull practices in the Litigation; Appellate and Post-Trial; and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics practice groups at McNees. The annual event provides an opportunity for local companies and agencies to recognize Central Pennsylvania's leading female professionals and community volunteers.
A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the University of Virginia School of Law, Hull is co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Legal Services to the Public Committee and a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, and Lebanon County Bar Associations. She is also McNees' Pro Bono Coordinator. Hull is being honored, among other reasons, for her significant commitment to pro bono legal work.
The year 2013 marks the 24th year that the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg has hosted the Tribute to Women of Excellence event at which over 500 women who have made significant contributions to their communities and/or their companies or organizations have been honored. An awards celebration dinner is planned to take place on March 20 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.
