Teresa practices in the firm's Energy, Communications, and Utility Law and Environmental Law and Toxic Tort practice groups. Her emphasis within the Energy, Communications, and Utility Law Group is on issues related to electric, natural gas, and water utility services. She represents large industrial and commercial consumers of these services before state and federal administrative agencies, and also assists customers in purchasing electricity and natural gas from alternative suppliers. In addition, as part of the Environmental Law and Toxic Tort Group, Teresa advises clients on issues related to all areas of state and federal environmental regulation, including air quality, solid waste, water, natural gas development, and environmental aspects of business and real estate transactions.
