Tim practices in the Business Counseling, Financial Services, Securities and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics groups.
His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, securities law, and general business counseling. As part of his securities law practice he assists clients in raising equity through private placements of securities, including determining the structure of the offering, preparing the appropriate disclosure documents for potential investors and making the proper state and federal filings. Tim also handles a variety of securities law matters and state tax exemption matters for nonprofit corporations.
Tim's Business Counseling practice is focused on three primary areas: (1) mergers and acquisitions, (2) general corporate law, and (3) shareholder disputes. As part of his general corporate practice, Tim assists a number of manufacturing clients in drafting and negotiating supply and distribution agreements.
