David S. Mabry

David is an Energy Management Specialist focused on assisting clients in developing and selecting cost-reducing energy supply strategies in wholesale and retail markets for electricity and natural gas. David provides continuous monitoring of existing and developing commercial and regulatory activities in both established and evolving energy markets to ensure that present strategies remain appropriate for our clients. David is an active participant in the PJM wholesale and retail energy market stakeholder process.

Before joining McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, David spent ten years with PJM Interconnection and seven years with the GPU companies where he focused primarily on day-ahead operations, real-time operations and post-event analysis of energy markets. During this time, David participated in many PJM and NERC committees and working groups and was a member of the U.S.-Canada Power System Outage Analysis Task Force.
