Brad co-chairs the Business Group and is a member of the Asset Planning and Federal Taxation and Automotive Dealership Law groups.
Brad has over 25 years of experience assisting clients in areas such as corporate finance, business transactions and tax controversies. He also represents the owners of closely held businesses on tax and estate planning matters.
With his experience as a certified public accountant and his Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, Brad has the specialized tax knowledge needed to assist these owners in structuring their business and estate planning affairs to minimize federal and state taxes. Brad also represents automotive dealers. He assists both buyers and sellers of automotive dealerships in negotiating and completing buy/sell transactions, as well as designing these transactions from a tax perspective.
